FZS-13/4 four-rope machine is the first fishery machinery in domestic market. The main characteristics are, double spun yarn per every turn, higher output, no offal, steady winding tension, small noise, easy operation, convenient maintenance, the whole machine performance is high.
Our R&D personnel designed and manufactured a four-way rope machine to prevent the roller from falling off. The stranding frame rope is installed inside of the machine frame. Bottom of stranding frame is fixed with the roller, top of the roller is covered with removable limit cap. Pressure-plate and load-bearing plate sliding sleeve on the surface of the roller. By adjusting the height between pressure-plate and load-bearing plate, pressure plate covered the surface of the rope roller. This action can prevent the rope roller from falling off roller’s surface, which may affect the rope making efficiency, and prevent the safety hazards to the staff.
